"It’s very close to train station, on ground floor so easy for families to move their bags, peaceful place and safe. Also there are lots of places to eat nearby."

"I think the property was amazing as it was really spacious and looked exactly like how it did in the pictures. The living room was large and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The location was also ideal, as it had plenty of shops around and less then a 5 minute walk to Gare du nord. The agents I spoke with were amazing and had really good communication and would always instantly reply if I had any issues, I would definitely come back!"

"Clean, spacious and comfortable. It is very secure and is quiet. 2 big double bedrooms and sparkling bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped. Nice large lounge. It is just around the corner from Gare du Nord where we bought a Navigo pass for the metro which took us all round the city."

"This Paris apt is very clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, well lit, secure and very comfortable. It is only a few minutes walk from Gare du Nord in a quiet side street with a supermarket and a bar/restaurant close by. The kitchen is well supplied with plenty of crockery etc and good quality appliances. Good quality towels, bedding, toiletries, toilet rolls and coffee pods were supplied. I would certainly recommend this apt and would consider booking again. Other residents we met in the building were friendly and quiet."

"There are no views from the windows - just a small courtyard. The kitchen tap was wobbly and I couldn't turn on 2 of the heaters. These were only very slight problems. Basically it's a great apartment."

Primero, nos enviaron una direccion incorrecta, luego hay 3 codigos, muy muy complicado para entrar! y eramos 6 pero teniamos una sola llave lo cual hacia muy complicado coordinar. Luego detalles a mejorar, si tienes cocina, por lo menos que dejaran una esponja, un repasador , vamos por 5 dias a paris y tenemos que comprar detergente. Tambien con sal, aceite.. podrian dejar algo de cortesia."

"Das Appartement ist im Erdgeschoss und hat Fenster nur in den Innenhof daher kaum Tageslicht. Es war auch sehr kühl für unseren Aufenthalt im April. Leider hatten wir auch Ameisen und das Bad war nicht gründlich gereinigt (Haare an den Wänden)"

"Wat een idillisch plekje zo midden in Parijs en de bedden waren werkelijk waar fantastisch! De ligging naast Gare du Nord is ook perfect. Alles binnen handbereik zo ook de bakker, supermarkt en alle overige benodigde winkels. Nespresso apparaat gaat met Nespresso cups (zelf meegenomen) goed, goedkopere cups geen aanrader, want dat lekt hij. Handdoeken en shampoo ruimschoots aannwezig. De salontafel is prima, maar zou ietsjes groter en steviger mogen zijn. Zeker als je met 3 of 4 personen verblijft. Al met al een prima verblijf! Bedankt Johanna, hopelijk tot snel. 😊"
